- Establecemos sus aspiraciones
- Entendemos sus fortalezas, experiencias y conocimientos que pueden utilizarse para alcanzar esas aspiraciones.
- Identificamos los obstáculos y áreas a reforzar.
- Establecemos un plan.
- Nos aseguramos de que ese plan se ejecuta y se ajusta de acuerdo al progreso alcanzado.
Obviamente hay trabajo que hacer en cada paso, si no ya estaría hecho. El proceso incluye al coach en ese camino, en esa exploración. El conjunto de ambas intenciones para identificar y recorrer ese camino ayuda a que el camino se recorra. Que nos movamos. Que la vida evolucione.
HAY OCASIONES QUE NO REQUIEREN UN PROCESO - QUE REQUIEREN UNA SOLA CONVERSACIÓN - EXPLORACIÓN. Por eso ofrecemos este producto. Una sesión de una hora máximo (incluyendo tiempo de revisar cualquier material que quiera enviar previo a la sesión).
¿Funciona? Si, funciona sí deseas que funcione. El acuerdo es un compromiso de tiempo y recursos que de por sí crean movimiento para romper la inercia y/o crear el MOMENTUM. Se paga solo, con creces. Solo hay que empezar y actuar.

The COACHING process is essentially simple.
- We set their aspirations
- We understand your strengths, experiences, and knowledge that can be used to achieve those aspirations.
- We identify obstacles and areas to be reinforced.
- We set up a plan.
- We make sure that this plan is implemented and adjusted according to the progress made.
Obviously, there's work to be done at every step, otherwise I would be done by now. The process includes the coach on that path, in that exploration. The set of both intentions to identify and navigate that path helps the path to travel. Let us move. Let life evolve.
